Christine has been a real estate agent since March of 1988. She started out working for Century 21 Property Shoppe in Fremont and then moved to a large independent company, The Property Professionals. In 1993 she obtained her Real Estate Brokers license and shortly thereafter opened Properties Plus Real Estate Services.

Focus is providing quality service during the transaction, providing after sales service and building a 97% referral business. Ongoing education in real estate investments and customer service is a focus. Currently living in the Niles area of Fremont with her two children. Volunteers for Tri City Shelter, Prince of Peace Lutheran School and is an intern practitioner at the Center for Spiritual Living in Fremont.

Christine believes that in order to build a business for the long term, that giving great customer service is a core value. She will listen to your needs and then she will let you know if she can help. When you have been referred to her, she never takes you for granted. All she asks in return, if she exceeds your expectations, is to refer your friends, family or co-workers to her.
